Guided by his faith and grounded by his love for his wife and two teenage children, Rob’s passion is guiding clients with clarity, confidence, and care. 

When he’s not working, you'll find him cheering on the Florida State Seminoles. 

Patrick is an entrepreneur and leader with a proven ability to build successful businesses and teams. As CEO of Offload Business Solutions, he helps organizations streamline benefits and back-office systems. His commitment to excellence ensures clients experience seamless service and world-class execution.

Kristin brings years of experience leading a boutique insurance firm in South Florida, where she became known for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional client service. At Axiom44, she leads our advisory platform, helping clients safeguard their families and businesses with confidence. 

Guided by her faith and a genuine care for people, Kristin is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing clarity in complex situations. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, her dogs, and staying active in her community and local church.
